Note: 41 - 45 piece orchestra price applies if there are enough requests for an orchestra of this size. Otherwise,
pricing will be based on a 40 piece orchestra and additional charges will be computed for the extra players.

Refund Policy -- Please read and understand this

We incur costs for every participant who registers. By March 15 we will have contracts with the orchestra and conductor, and by May 15 we have guaranteed the college a certain attendance. These people must be paid whether you come or not. If you drop out before March 15th we will refund all but your non-refundable deposit. If you drop out after March 15th we cannot give you any refund.
