ABOUT
ProAm Workshop offers players of all instruments the opportunity to play chamber music side-by-side with inspiring Summertrios Faculty. Players choose two works to rehearse and perform with our gifted and caring performer/coaches. This is your opportunity to prepare two pieces in a supportive, collegial atmosphere. Bring your performance to the next level and leave with tools to use at home.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
Your Choice of Repertoire
Choose two pieces you want to play, and we will provide the Faculty to fill out your ensembles.
Daily Ensemble Rehearsals
One rehearsal for each of your pieces with our exceptional Summertrios Faculty.
Instrument-Specific Coaching
One 1:1 instrument-specific coaching with a Summertrios Faculty member for each of your two works.
Daily Time for Reading Groups
Designated time for reading music together. Participants create their own reading groups during the week and may choose repertoire from the onsite music library or bring their own to share.
Faculty Concerts
Three Faculty Concerts in Barshinger Hall
Participant Concerts
Share your week's work with the ProAm Workshop Community.
Nightly Activities & Receptions
Food, drink, and time to socialize after that evening’s activity or concert, including an Open Mic Night.
FEES & HOUSING
Base Rate, 2 Duos: $3,300
Each additional faculty player: $515
Room & Board: $775
Meals only: $400
Participants may arrange their own off-campus housing.
